English w/ Nabi is designed primarily as a self-study learning program supported by optional session assistance. Please review the policy below before booking a session.

Session Assistance

Session Assistance is available for learners who would like additional guidance, feedback, pronunciation practice, speaking support, or help with course materials.

Sessions are offered based on availability and are not intended as ongoing weekly classes.

Booking

Sessions must be booked in advance using the available booking links.

Current students may purchase session tickets through the Student Portal.

New students should follow the booking instructions provided on the website.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 4 hours' notice.

Missed sessions without notice are considered complete and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

If an emergency occurs, please contact me as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements may be offered when possible.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking.

All sales are final.

Session fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled when notice is provided according to this policy.

Communication

A confirmation email will be sent after booking.

Any meeting links, materials, or instructions will be provided before the session.

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Before Your Session

Please arrive on time and have any necessary materials ready.

If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be marked as complete.

Please test your internet connection, microphone, and audio before the session begins.

New Students

New students may be asked to complete a placement assessment or consultation before receiving recommendations for study materials, courses, or future sessions.

Respectful Learning Environment

English w/ Nabi is committed to providing a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in the session being ended without refund.
