EnglishwNabi.com is a digital learning space operated by one teacher—me! This page explains how your information is handled and what to expect when you book a class or become a member. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.

• I don’t personally collect or store your data.
   However, third-party tools I use—such as Squarespace (website host), Stripe and PayPal (payment processors), and Calendly (class scheduling)—may collect basic information like your name, email, IP address, and browser type to operate their services.

2. Cookies & Log Data

• Squarespace may use cookies or basic tracking to help the site function and improve your experience.
   I do not personally use cookies to track, sell, or store any data.
   You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.

3. Youth & Family Use

• This site is family-friendly and open to learners of all ages.
   I do not collect age data, so parents or guardians should supervise children’s use of the site.
   Comments are monitored for inappropriate content.

5. Purchasing & Refund Policy

• Class Bookings:
   All classes are non-refundable since your time slot is reserved for you.
   You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, and I’ll do my best to find another time.

• Memberships:
   Memberships are non-refundable, as fees go toward platform and processing costs.
   You may cancel anytime; access remains active until your billing period ends.
   If unsure, try the free content first or email me with questions.

6. Changes to This Policy

• This policy may be updated as the site grows.
   Continued use means you accept the most recent version.
