A Rainy Day


Miah wanted to go to the park. She wanted to ride her bike. It was raining outside. Miah couldn’t go to the park. She felt sad. She had to stay inside the house. Dad saw her sad face. He had an idea! They could camp in the living room. He told Miah they would camp today. Miah smiled. She watched Dad gather pillows. He gathered blankets. He made a big tent. They played games inside the tent. They ate snacks inside the tent. They watched a movie inside the tent. Miah laughed. She enjoyed camping with her dad. She could ride her bike another day. Camping with Dad was a great idea!
