Read

Elena visits the library to find information for a class project. She searches the computer catalog and writes down several book titles. A librarian shows her the correct section and recommends another useful resource. Elena chooses three books and carries them to a quiet table. She reads the introductions and takes notes in her notebook. One book includes photographs that explain the topic clearly. She borrows it and asks about the return date. Before leaving, she notices a free writing workshop on the library calendar. She signs up at the front desk and adds the date to her phone.
