TRANSCRIPT
“Two departments were in conflict over limited resources for a new project. Each side brought up their concerns during a long meeting. At first, the conversation was tense, and it was clear they did not see eye to eye. One group argued for more time, while the other insisted on getting more staff. The manager asked both sides to focus on solutions instead of problems. Slowly, they began to compromise by adjusting their schedules and agreeing to share responsibilities fairly. By the end of the meeting, everyone felt that progress had been made, even if the solution was not perfect.”
