“After a long, exhausting day at work, I finally arrived home and wanted nothing more than peace and quiet. I changed into comfortable clothes, brewed a warm cup of tea, and turned on some soft music. I decided it was best to call it a night instead of staying up late to watch TV. Before heading to bed, I took a few minutes to sit down with my journal and note the highlights of my day. The simple act of reflecting on my thoughts and winding down slowly helped me relax. By the time I went to bed, I felt calm, rested, and ready to start a new day.”
