The Situation

Without notice, you were called into a meeting early this morning. You haven’t had your first cup of coffee yet.

From the introduction, you learn that a confidential document was left on the office copier overnight. During a routine security check, guards found it along with additional papers stacked on a side table near the printer.

An HR representative looks nervous and upset. Your supervisor walks in quietly and takes a seat to listen. You are expected to respond quickly. Pausing too long may raise suspicion.


Your Task

  • Respond immediately and professionally.

  • You do not have all the details, but you still required to respond.

  • Hesitation my be taken as questionable or suspicious.
