Team Communication Update
Listen to the Summary
Before we wrap up today, I want to talk about communication. Lately, a few small misunderstandings have caused unnecessary stress. We need to clear the air and make sure everyone feels comfortable asking questions or sharing updates. It’s never productive to let things build up. If something isn’t working, please bring it up early so we can address it together.
I also noticed that some tasks are taking longer because people aren’t sharing progress. To keep everyone in the loop, I’ll be posting a short update every Friday. Please add your notes, even if you’re still in progress. We’re not here to point fingers, but to sort things out before deadlines become problems. Strong communication means being honest, respectful, and proactive. A few minutes of clarity can save hours of confusion later on. Let’s make sure we’re all pulling in the same direction.
