When a Situation Gets Out of Hand
A situation that initially seemed manageable has started to get out of hand as conditions shifted more quickly than expected. Early responses focused on keeping things under control through routine adjustments, which worked for a short period of time.
As the situation developed, those adjustments were no longer enough. New challenges began to appear, requiring faster decisions and more frequent changes. Some teams pushed forward to regain control, while others slowed down to reassess their approach.
Over time, responses became less consistent, with different areas reacting in different ways. The situation continued to develop, making it harder to keep everything aligned.
