Mia has a desk in her room.
The desk is small.
It is clean.
A notebook is on the desk.
A pencil and an eraser are next to the notebook.

Mia puts a cup on the desk.
The cup has three pens in it.
She puts a folder under the notebook.
The folder is for class.
She likes a clean desk because she can find her things.

One morning, Mia puts a book on the desk.
Then she puts an important paper under the book.
Later, she needs the paper.
She looks on the desk.
She cannot see the paper because the book covers it.

Mia moves the book.
She finds the paper under it.
She puts the paper in the folder.
Then she puts the folder on the shelf.
The desk is clean again, and Mia is ready for class.
