The Issue
The issue started as something small and did not seem serious at first. The team noticed it but believed it could be managed without making any major changes. Work continued as planned, and tasks were carried out without much concern. At that stage, it seemed like the issue would resolve itself over time.
As the project moved forward, however, the problem became more noticeable. It began to affect other parts of the work, and the team had to spend additional time dealing with it. Instead of calling it out early, they had tried to work around it, which made the situation more complicated. What once seemed minor had now become something that could not be ignored.
Eventually, the team stepped back and addressed the issue directly. By identifying the root of the problem and discussing it openly, they were able to resolve it more effectively. The experience showed that small issues should be addressed early before they grow into larger challenges.
