The Review

The review process started with the expectation that only minor changes would be needed. The team believed their work was complete and ready for approval. At first, the feedback seemed simple, and nothing appeared to hold things up. The team expected the process to move forward quickly.

As more feedback came in, however, new concerns were raised. Some of these points had not been mentioned earlier, and expectations seemed to change. The team found themselves going back and forth, trying to address each comment while keeping the original structure. This made the process more complicated than expected.

Eventually, the team stepped back and focused on the most important changes. By narrowing things down, they were able to move forward more efficiently. The experience showed that reviews need clear direction to remain effective.
