The Result
The project was completed on time, and the team believed everything had been done correctly. Tasks were carried out according to the plan, and there were no major issues during the process. At first, it seemed like the result would meet expectations.
During the final review, however, it became clear that some details had been missed. While the work was complete, it did not fully match what had been intended. The team realized that certain expectations had not been clearly defined at the start.
By stepping back and reviewing the entire process, the team was able to understand where things had gone off track. This helped them improve their approach for future projects. The experience showed that completing a task is not always enough—results must also meet expectations.
