The Responsibility

Each team member was given a role at the start of the project, and everyone understood what needed to be done. Tasks were carried out as planned, and early progress showed that everything was working well. There were no signs of confusion, and the team felt confident in their approach.

As the work continued, however, some responsibilities became unclear. Certain tasks overlapped, and it was not always obvious who should take the lead. Instead of calling out the issue, team members tried to work around it by focusing only on their own tasks. This led to gaps in the work and slowed progress.

Eventually, the team stepped back and clarified responsibilities. By clearly defining roles, they were able to improve their workflow and move forward more efficiently. The experience showed that roles must be clearly maintained throughout a project.
