The Untied Shoe
Jason was walking down the hallway when he felt his shoe come loose.
He looked down and saw that his shoelace was untied.
“I’ll fix it later,” he thought, and kept walking.
A few steps later, he stepped on the lace and almost fell.
He stopped quickly and caught himself.
“That could have been worse,” he said.
He bent down and tied his shoe carefully this time.
After that, he walked more slowly and paid attention to his steps.
Jason realized that small problems can become bigger if he ignores them.
