When Output Starts to Fall Behind

Output levels across several areas have started to fall behind as demand continued to rise. At first, the gap was small, and teams were able to keep up by working more efficiently and adjusting their approach. The difference was manageable and did not affect overall performance.

As demand continued to increase, those efforts became harder to sustain. Some areas pushed forward to keep up, while others began to fall behind as limitations became more noticeable. Differences in output across teams became clearer as some maintained pace and others struggled.

Over time, the gap between output and demand remained. Some areas adapted quickly, while others continued to face challenges in keeping up as conditions continued to change.
