A new neighbor moves into the building.
Her name is Sara.

She has two chairs.
She also has many boxes.
Jon sees Sara near her door.
He sees a box in her hands.
The box looks heavy.
Jon wants to help.
He asks Sara about her boxes.
Sara says the boxes are for her room.
Jon carries one box to her room.
Sara puts the box next to her table.
Then Jon carries another box.
Sara thanks him for his help.
Their building feels friendly today.
Sara likes her new room.
Jon likes helping his neighbor.
The boxes are now inside the room.
Sara feels happy because her neighbor was kind.
