The review process started with the expectation that only small changes would be needed. The team had completed the work and believed it was ready for approval. Early feedback seemed manageable, and nothing appeared to hold things up.

As more feedback came in, however, new concerns were raised. Some of these points had not been mentioned earlier, and expectations seemed to change. The team found themselves going back and forth, trying to address the new comments while keeping the original structure.

Eventually, the team stepped back to decide which changes were necessary. This helped them narrow things down and move forward. The situation showed that reviews need clear direction to be effective.
