The Responsibility

At the beginning of the project, each team member was given a specific role. Everyone understood what they needed to do and began to carry out their tasks with confidence. Early progress showed that the work was being completed as planned.

As the project continued, however, some tasks became unclear. Certain responsibilities overlapped, and it was not always obvious who should take the lead. Instead of calling out the issue, team members tried to work around it by focusing only on their own tasks. This led to gaps in the work.

Eventually, the team had to step back and clarify responsibilities. By clearly defining roles again, they were able to move forward more effectively. The situation showed that responsibilities must be clearly maintained throughout a project.
