Choosing What to Eat

After work, I usually feel too tired to cook, so I often think about ordering food instead.

Yesterday, I stood in my kitchen for a few minutes trying to decide what would be the best choice.

Because I had already spent money on food earlier in the week, I wanted to make a better decision this time.

I looked in the refrigerator and noticed a few ingredients that I could use to prepare something simple.

Even though I didn’t feel like cooking, I decided to try anyway.

While I was preparing the meal, I began to feel more relaxed and focused.

In the end, I was glad I made the effort and didn’t order food.
