A Small Mistake

During a busy afternoon, I sent an email to a client without checking it carefully, which led to a small but important mistake.

A few minutes later, I realized that I had attached the wrong file, and I immediately felt concerned.

Because the information was important, I didn’t want to wait, so I decided to fix the problem right away.

I sent a second email, apologized clearly, and explained what had happened.

When the client responded, they said it wasn’t a big issue, which made me feel relieved.

Even though everything turned out fine, I understood that I need to slow down when I work.

This situation taught me the importance of checking details before sending anything.
