Scenario 22
The Customer Photos
Amelia made custom bags and photographed each finished order for her records. A customer, Brooke, ordered a bag with unusual colors and a large set of initials on the front. After collecting it, Brooke sent Amelia a photo showing herself carrying the bag outside her workplace.
Amelia liked the photo and thought it would show other customers how the bag looked in use. She prepared a social media post and asked Brooke whether she could share it. Brooke said she was comfortable with a close-up of the bag but did not want her face or workplace included.
Amelia's assistant, Quinn, had already prepared a preview using the full photograph. Quinn said a close-up would remove the most interesting part of the image and make the bag's size less clear. The workplace sign was visible in the background, although some of its letters were behind Brooke's shoulder.
Brooke was now at work and had not replied to Amelia's request for another photo. Quinn had reserved time that afternoon to finish the post and move on to other orders. The preview remained open on the shop's computer. Amelia could see Brooke's message beside it, while Quinn adjusted the photograph to fit the page.

What would you do?
If you could offer advice to one of the characters, who would it be and why?
