A Name Missing From the Slides

A small design team was preparing to show a client a new brochure. Keiko had developed the layout, and Luis had chosen photographs and organized the product information. Their supervisor, Grant, asked Luis to present the work because Keiko would be attending another meeting at the same time.
Before leaving, Keiko opened the presentation to check one detail. The first slide said that Luis had prepared the brochure. Her name did not appear anywhere. She sent him a message asking about it. Luis replied that he had copied the first slide from an earlier presentation and had not thought about the wording.
The client meeting would begin in ten minutes. Luis was already in the conference room, connecting his computer. Grant had told him to keep the introduction brief because the client had several other topics to discuss. Luis said he could mention Keiko if there was time.
Keiko's other meeting involved people waiting in a different room. She had a printed copy of the brochure beside her notebook and the presentation open on her screen. Grant walked past her desk and asked whether everything was ready. At the same moment, Luis sent a message asking for the location of the final image files.
