My Friend’s House

Shay went to her friend’s house on Saturday. Her friend’s name is Emma, and she has a big, cozy house. Shay loved the colorful flowers in Emma’s garden. Inside, Shay saw a soft couch and a big TV. Emma showed Shay her favorite toys, and they played with blocks, building a tall tower. Then, they painted pictures with bright colors. Shay drew a sun, and Emma painted a tree. Afterward, they had snacks in the kitchen, eating cookies and drinking milk. Emma’s mom even gave them extra cookies to take home. Shay loved spending time at her friend’s house and hopes to visit Emma again soon.
