What is a Subject?
The subject is the person, place, thing, or idea that does the action or is being described in a sentence. It tells who or what the sentence is about.
How To Find the Subject?
Find the verb (the action or state of being).
Ask who or what is doing the action or being described.
Examples of Subjects in Sentences
